The ex-post evaluation study Kali Gandaki “A” Hydroelectric Project

Project Duration: 19 April 2010 – 29 October 2010. 

Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) commences ex-post evaluation study on ODA funded projects which were completed two years ago.  The ex-post evaluation is conducted by external experts in order to fulfill the following purposes:

-To assess the results of projects so that JICA shall achieve accountability to the general public in Japan

-To withdraw lessons and recommendations from the review based on the OECD-DAC Criteria (Relevance, Efficiency, Effectiveness, Impact, and Sustainability) so that evaluation findings shall improve operations at JICA and recipient countries
