Dawki/Tamabil-(N2) – Sylhet-Dhaka, a total of 286km (Priority No.6)

-Upgrading of Dhaka (Katchpur)-Bhairab-Jagadishpur-Shaistagonj-Sylhet-Tamabil Road (N2) to a 4-lane highway.

The Consultant’s Team Leader would also assist the Project Director in all aspects of project implementation; communicate approval and concurrence of all decisions and actions as and when required as per provision of consultancy contract documents. The Team Leader will plan and monitor the performance and activities of the field specialists of TA team and arrange for their transportation, accommodation, field work and support staff and other logistics. The Team Leader will together with the Deputy Team Leader lead the entire team of specialists and support team. The entire team of expatriate and local experts will work in liaison with and coordination with the Project Director. The line of communication is essential in the smooth execution of a large and complex preparation projects such as this. They will also maintain liaison and coordination with all concerned RHD officials responsible at the headquarters and in the field for planning, design, related activities of the Project.
