The Major Training contents covered in Training are Overview of RWSSFDB/ it’s policies, plan, strategies, working modalities targets & achievement, role of different actors: SARAR: SARAR methods, tools and techniques, theoretical & practical use of SARAR tools; CAP: Community mobilization, project cycle, and components, preparation of work plan, Cash collection, Community participation; Health Hygiene & Sanitation: Personal, domestic, environmental & school health hygiene and sanitation education, identification of health problems in the community, health home exercise, problem classification, health education support to mother/ tap stand and child group. Health education, Nutrition, prevention of malnutrition, disease transmission route, importance of cleaniness, importance of latrine and SRLF selp help latrine, Immunization, healthy and unhealthy home matching games, use of vaccine to target groups, NFE Class, importance of potable water, use of waste water and kitchen gardening and WTSS, water use in water quality, Environment Management Action Plan
