The Asian Development Bank TA project aims to review fertilizer policies at all stage of Supply and demand and ro recommend planning system to improve supply.
The main responsibilities under taken by the consultants are: To review and evaluate the current polies of the government on fertilizer import schedule and distribution management, donor commitment, impact regulation and procedures, warehouse and stoking policies, price policy and regulation, subsidy policy, quality control and credit linkage in supply side.
In demand side review usage record, constrains, physical and economic potential demand, price response, fund cycles and exiting reporting system.
