Project duration: December 2020 – Ongoing
The Government of Philippines has received the loan from ADB. The fesibility study of Laguna Lakeshore Road Network (LLRN) has been completed in 2020.
The scopes of work include the following:
- Review of Feasibility Study and relevant studies,
- Preparation of Incepting Report
- Preparation for procurement strategy and project program,
- Arranging additional surveys, investigations and studies necessary for preparation of detailed engineering designs
- Update of the preliminary engineering design,
- Confirming/Adjusting Scope of Construction Works
- Preparation of detailed engineering designs
- Cost estimates, update of economic and financial analysis,
- Preparation of environmental and social impact assessment of the project,
- Updating Land Acquisition and Resettlement Plans
- Procurement an implementation Plan s for Civil Works Construction
- Preparation for operation and maintenance (O&M) strategy, plan and development of O&M policy and guidelines to include the prevention of ISFs proliferation in the road network, procurement support for Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH),
Development of business cases, such as, but not limited to, Water Based Transport System Research Facility and Real Estate Development for Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA).
